The colours GTA homes land on most

Real Benjamin Moore and Sherwin-Williams colours, not names we made up. Tap a card and the page repaints. Every one has a page with undertones, light notes and what it pairs with.

The page is painted in Agreeable Gray.

Choosing the colour is the hard part

We bring large samples and paint test patches on your own walls, because a chip under store lighting lies. These three palettes are where most GTA homes land.

Warm whites and greigeOpen plan, south light, oak floors. Chantilly Lace to Kendall Charcoal.
Cool greys and navyCondos, offices, north light. Pure White to Naval.

Benjamin Moore and Sherwin-Williams colours, matched on your wall. The colour consult happens at the walk-through and is not an extra. See the fan deck.

Questions about colour

Are the colours on screen accurate?

No screen is. The swatches here are approximations of the manufacturer's colour. At the walk-through we bring large samples and paint test patches on your own wall, in your own light, before you commit.

Can you match a colour from another brand?

Yes. Both Benjamin Moore and Sherwin-Williams can match most competitors' colours, and we can match from a chip, a fabric or a photo of a wall you liked. The match is tested on your wall first.

Do you charge for a colour consult?

No. Talking colour is part of the walk-through. If you want a longer session with a designer we can recommend one. [John confirms.]

How many colours should one house have?

Fewer than most people expect. One wall colour through the connected rooms, one trim white, and one or two accents is the usual pattern. It makes the house read as one place and makes touch-ups simple.

Bring the colour question to the walk-through. The samples come with us.
