Revere Pewter

Open-plan main floors, hallways and stairwells that connect rooms with different light. Reads grey in cool light and beige in warm light, which is why it ties a whole floor together so well.

Notes

Revere Pewter is the greige that started the trend, and it is still one of the safest whole-house colours in the GTA. It has enough depth to make white trim pop and enough warmth to sit with wood floors.

In a room with strong green outside the windows it can pick up a slight green cast, so we test it there before painting the whole floor.

Questions about Revere Pewter

Is Revere Pewter dated?

It is a classic rather than a trend. It still sells because it works in houses of every age. If you want something lighter, Balboa Mist is the next step up.

What trim colour with Revere Pewter?

White Dove or Chantilly Lace. Both keep the contrast clean without looking stark.
