Before you call

A written quote needs a walk-through, so the first call is to book one. If you already know the rooms and roughly when you want the work done, the quote form gets you there faster, and you can attach a few photos.

For insurance certificates, WSIB clearance or a copy of the warranty terms, email and they go out the same day. [John confirms.]

If you are a property manager or a business with recurring work, say so in the message and we set up a standing arrangement rather than quoting job by job.
